Adventure II Treated Mosquito Net
This
is the king of the nets. With its 40-foot circumference, it is versatile
enough to fit a king-size bed yet light and compact enough to be easy
to carry for the single traveler. This is the traditional net for the

Permethrin Insecticide:
This net has been pre-treated with permethrin as per World Health Organization
guidelines, to provide extra protection against mosquitoes. As long as
the net is in the unopened original bag, loss of insecticide is minimal
(about 5% over 6 months). Once opened, the net must be treated every 6
months if the net is exposed to the sun every day, but up to 12 months
if kept in a regular bedroom. The mesh size provides protection against
mosquitoes and other insects. It has a higher Mesh (holes per square inch)
than the “Treated Mosquito Bed Net”,
thus giving more protection but allowing for less ventilation in hot and
humid climates. The net is only effective if used and treated properly.
